START WITH THE BUSINESS

Start with the offer, audience and numbers

Make your advertising budget work towards useful enquiries and sales. Seller’s Bay plans and manages Google Ads campaigns around your services, customers and commercial goals. Tell us what you offer and where you want to compete, and we’ll discuss a practical starting point.

Paying for traffic is only worthwhile when it reaches suitable people and gives them a reason to act. Before recommending campaigns, we look at your offer, the areas you serve, the value of a customer and what happens after an enquiry. A local contractor and a national online shop need different plans.

If you already advertise, we can review the account structure, search terms, advertisements and available conversion data. The first priority may be reducing irrelevant traffic, correcting measurement or improving the landing page. We explain what the evidence supports before recommending a wider campaign or a larger budget.

CHOOSE THE SUPPORT YOU NEED

What our Google Ads work can include

The proposal confirms the work, deliverables and responsibilities for your project.

01

Account review and campaign planning

We assess the starting position and agree the campaign goals, locations and priorities. Existing accounts are reviewed before changes are proposed. A new account needs an agreed structure, access and measurement plan. We explain the scope and separate our fees from the money paid to Google.

02

Keyword and search-intent research

We organise targeting around the products or services people are looking for. Search terms, geographic relevance and exclusions help us identify traffic that fits the business. The plan is reviewed as real campaign data becomes available rather than treated as a permanent keyword list.

03

Ad copy and relevant landing pages

The advertisement and destination page should make the same offer and set accurate expectations. We develop clear messages and calls to action, and identify gaps in the current page. A new landing page or wider website work is scoped explicitly rather than assumed to be included.

04

Conversion tracking and measurement

We agree which actions matter, such as an enquiry, a call or a purchase, and assess how they can be recorded. Consent requirements, external systems and access can affect implementation. Tracking gives useful signals, but your feedback is still needed to understand whether the resulting leads are suitable.

05

Ongoing campaign management

We review the available evidence and adjust the agreed campaigns. This can involve search-term exclusions, targeting, advertisements, budgets and bidding decisions. Changes are connected to the campaign goals, with care around limited data rather than reacting to every short-term movement.

06

Reporting and business feedback

Reports should help you make decisions. We explain spend, relevant conversions and the issues affecting performance, then discuss the next priorities. Where possible, your sales feedback helps distinguish a form completion from a good prospect or a won customer. That context makes the numbers more useful.

THE DETAILS THAT MATTER

Know what you are paying for

Keep media spend and management clear

Your advertising spend pays Google to display the ads. Our fees cover the agreed setup, management and other scoped work. We explain both before starting, along with any separate landing page, tracking or third-party costs.

The right budget depends on the market, your offer and the economics of winning a customer. We discuss those factors rather than promising a fixed number of leads for every business. For a combined Google and Meta service, our lead-generation packages provide another route to consider.

Make the enquiry journey worth the click

A campaign cannot solve every problem on the destination website. Visitors need to understand the service, trust the business and find a workable enquiry or purchase route. We identify practical weaknesses that may waste otherwise relevant traffic.

We also discuss how enquiries are handled once they arrive. A clear response process and feedback about lead quality help connect campaign management with the business outcome. Advertising can create opportunities; it cannot guarantee a booking, sale or profitable return.

A CLEAR WAY FORWARD

A practical route from review to ongoing management

01

Understand the opportunity

Review the offer, website, service area and any existing account data. Agree the goal and a realistic scope.

02

Prepare the campaign

Develop the targeting, messages and measurement plan. Confirm access, budgets and approval before launch.

03

Review and improve

Monitor the agreed campaign, explain performance and use lead-quality feedback to decide what to change next.

Measure more than clicks

A low cost per click means little if the visitors are unsuitable. We consider relevant conversions, the cost of acquiring an enquiry and the quality of the opportunities created. Attribution and consent can limit what is visible, while sales completed offline need your records. We explain those limits so the report supports informed decisions.

BEFORE YOU ENQUIRE

Your questions, answered

Do I need an existing Google Ads account?

No. We can discuss an appropriate setup if you are starting. If you already have an account, we review it before recommending changes. Campaigns should run in an account your business controls, with the access needed for the agreed management work.

Is advertising spend included in your fee?

Advertising spend and our management fees are separate. We explain the agreed setup and ongoing costs in the proposal. Any landing page work, paid tools or additional services are identified so you can assess the full commitment before proceeding.

Can you target particular Irish counties?

We can plan geographic targeting around your genuine customer area, subject to the options available in the advertising platform. Tell us which services you provide in each area. A local service campaign and a nationwide store should not use the same geographic assumptions.

How quickly will I get leads?

Timing depends on approval, demand, competition, the offer and the destination page. A campaign can start gathering information once it is live, but a particular lead volume or arrival time is not guaranteed. We agree how the initial period will be reviewed.

Can you take over a poorly performing campaign?

Yes. An account review helps us understand the structure, spending and available conversion information. We may recommend focused repairs, a rebuild or changes to the website. The recommendation follows the evidence rather than assuming a larger budget is the answer.

Can you manage Google and Meta together?

Yes. We can discuss a combined plan and the separate role of each channel. Our existing lead-generation packages cover combined campaign options. The right mix depends on your audience, budget, response process and the results each channel can realistically be assessed against.
