Why is ad spend separate?
Our fees cover campaign setup, management and the services included in your package. Your ad budget pays Meta and Google to show your ads. You pay the platforms directly, so you can see where the money goes. We never mark it up.
Why do you require a minimum ad spend?
Your campaigns need enough budget to reach potential customers and gather information we can use to improve them. The minimum is a starting point for each package. We’ll discuss whether it suits your services, location and competition before you commit.
How fast do leads arrive?
Once a lead is submitted and processed, our automation is designed to send the alert to your WhatsApp within seconds. Connection or platform delays can affect delivery. How soon you get your first enquiry depends on campaign approval, demand, your offer and budget; a specific lead volume or arrival time isn’t guaranteed.
Do I need a WhatsApp Business number?
We’ll confirm the right setup for your package. For automatic replies and follow-up messages, an approved WhatsApp Business setup and any required messaging permissions are needed. We’ll review your existing number and explain any provider or messaging charges before you commit.
Can I cancel?
There’s a 3-month minimum. After that, the service runs month to month. We’ll confirm the cancellation notice and process in your agreement before you start.
Do you work with US businesses?
Yes. We’re based in Waterford City, Ireland, and also work with US businesses. We’ll discuss your service area, budget and time zone on the strategy call. The package prices shown here are in euro.
